That's all it takes for our church to not just reach, but surpass sharing 100,000 meals with our neighbors over seven years. Now why would we do this? Because God has commanded us to love our neighbors and we all need to eat!

Every church today was “planted” at one point in time. Church plants are the most effective means of reaching people who don’t know Jesus. Why is that? It’s simple: it’s their whole purpose. That’s why we’re committed to sending out teams to plant locally, as well as partnering to plant internationally through Known.

In 2022, Known was born out of The Grove's commitment to equip local leaders who grow healthy, multiplying churches — without getting in their way.

Today, Known partners with six locally-led ministries who have planted seven churches throughout Sudan, South Sudan and Uganda.

One Known partner, Yenet, is a locally-led, South Sudanese ministry serving women and youth displaced by decades of war.
