our vision

To see people transformed by the Good News of Jesus Christ for the display of His splendor.

They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor.

Isaiah 61:3 NIV

Our mission

We exist to make disciples.

Known by our love—from our neighborhoods to the ends of the earth—we are committed to bringing people into fellowship with Jesus and His Church.

exalt

As disciples of Jesus our aim is to glorify God with our whole life.

equip

We are committed to equipping the church for the work of the ministry.

engage

We are intentional in bringing the Good News of the Kingdom where it’s needed most.

Our strategy

Discipleship is not one of the things we do as a church, it's the thing we do.

Jesus commanded the church to stay focused on the primary task of making disciples who, in turn, would make other disciples. Often the conversation about discipleship is vague and without a clear pathway for a believer to be discipled in a way they can reproduce in the life of another.

The Grove doesn’t just talk about discipleship, but we actively equip people so they can reproduce outside the walls of our building. Our strategy is to equip the church for this work and obey this command of Jesus.

God’s way of reaching and restoring the world is through blessing.
